The story…

Many years ago at a restaurant’s Breakfast with Santa, our large Italian-American family was doing what everyone else was doing; negotiating with fidgety, dressed-up kids, scarfing down pancakes, trying to guess who would refuse to take a pic with Big Red and eavesdropping on a woman who had hit her limit with her young son’s antics at the table next to ours.

“Santa’s not going to like this one bit,” the woman declared with her gloriously thick Long Island accent. “You know why? ‘Cause you’re bad, Louie! You’re bad!”

Louie shrugged it off but the words, “You’re bad, Louie!” continue to make us laugh. And since we’re all about creating work to entertain ourselves, it seemed fitting to make it our name.
